How To Let A Residential Property

Once you have found your perfect property with Chris Shorey Lettings you will need to ensure you do the following. 1) Pay your referencing fee. 2) Complete your HomeLet referencing forms and return them to the office. 3) Bring proof of ID and also proof of your current address (statements or bills). Once the reference has completed you will be contacted by the Chris Shorey Letting Ltd office to book a time to come into the office where we will go through the tenancy agreement with you, this will also be the time that you sign the contracts. You will also need to pay the equivalent of one months rent as a deposit and one months rent in advance. Rent is always due on the 1st of each calendar month.
