Chris Shorey Lettings Limited has been specialising in rental property for the last 20 years and has seen many changes in legislation in recent years, all of which are welcomed.

 

Known as the largest Independent student agency, Chris Shorey lettings Limited also have a large residential portfolio from a 1 bedroom executive property to a 5 bedroom detached country residence.

 

We are members of the Association of residential Letting Agents where we must adhere to a very strict code of conduct, providing all our clients and customers’ confidence that we are professional and maintain high standards.

 

Our Excellent team comprise of 11 members all trained in every aspect of their role. Ongoing training however is a must in this ever demanding market.

 

We also belong to the Plymouth City Council Forum, where city agents, local landlord associations and Plymouth City Council meet to discuss all new information and even provide consultation on best practice in the private rented sector, whilst we continue to sustain and provide up to date information for our landlords.
